Fire Emblem Three Houses Best House for First Playthrough
I've personally think, story-progression wise, it's recommended to play in the order of Verdant Wind > Azure Moon > Crimson Flower > Silver Snow.
Verdant Wind first because the story helps you understand the lore of the game'southward story every bit a whole and so that you'll be able to pick upward on it every bit you play the other routes. Golden Deer has a pretty fun cast too, since they probably have the most "comic relief" characters.
Azure Moon or Blood-red Blossom could be your side by side option, depending on which lord/side of the story you'd like to know more than about. I personally constitute that Azure Moon has the strongest story considering of how much it pulls on your heartstrings haha.
I would just avert doing Verdant Wind and Silver Snowfall back to back because:
They have actually similar stories just with different endings.
Of form this is simply a recommendation, I actually played it in the gild of Verdant Current of air (twice cause I love the Golden Deer LOL) > Carmine Flower > Azure Moon > Silver Snow.
